The food was excellent, as always! I can't deny that... but I was very disappointed that part of my order was missing and I could not contact the shop to rectify that. Also, when I tried to speak with the website support, they could not assist me at all - "This is not our fault, please contact the shop from which you ordered your food!" In the end, I gave up on any attempts to get this sorted as it was late and I had to put my daughter to sleep. Obviously, very unhappy - that missing bottle of Cola cost me £3.20. It's not much, but I've worked to earn every penny and this totally ruined the night for me and my family!
